HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

You can book online. We will ask for your first and last name, contact phone number, email address, just in case we need to get in contact with you. Please note that we request credit card details to secure bookings.
 
If you prefer to not leave a credit card, you are welcome to take a chance at dropping in as a walk-in guest or you can pre-pay for your service.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Individual Cancellations: 
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 5 hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account, calling us or by emailing us at hello@irisavenue.com.

Group Cancellations: 
For parties of four or more, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. 
 
If you do not cancel within the time frame or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service. This is because these cancellations leave our team with empty appointment times that other guests could have enjoyed.

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and get comfortable. If you arrive late, we may not be able to guarantee your service as booked, and your appointment may be shortened out of consideration for the next customer.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST FOR BOOKINGS?

If your desired time is unavailable we would be happy to place you on a waiting list and notify you should someone else cancel their reservation. Please call us and leave your details with one of our team who will be in touch if an appointment becomes available.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Absolutely. You can buy them online or in-store!
 
Our Gift Cards are redeemable as part or full payment for products or treatments at our salon. Our Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account, unless required by law. Iris Avenue does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen or any unauthorised use of cards.

CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS FOR A BUSINESS?

You can buy gift cards in any denomination up to £1000, together with a gift box for presentation.

DO THE GIFT CARDS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

Our Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase and must be presented at the time of redemption.

WHERE CAN THE GIFT CARDS BE USED?

Gift Cards can be redeemed at our London, Fitzrovia store for services, retail items or in the bar. Unfortunately, they cannot be used online at this time.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We're pleased to inform you that any unopened product can be returned and fully refunded or exchanged within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
